Abstract
This thesis is entitled "Implementation of Land Ownership Rights Registration
Through Complete Systematic Land Registration in Sintang Regency" land
registration is a very important thing which is a process to obtain proof of land
ownership rights, complete systematic land registration is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN No. 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) PTSL Land Registration Through 13 Stages.
With the formulation of the problem how to Implement Land Ownership Rights Registration Through Complete Systematic Land Registration in Sintang Regency in 2024. The conclusion of this study is that PTSL has been implemented in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN No. 6 of 2018
