Abstract
This research focuses on the problem of conversion of agricultural land into non-
agricultural land for the construction of residential buildings in Badran Mulyo
Hamlet, Lalung Village, Karanganyar District, Karanganyar Regency. This
research involves the process carried out by the community, the Land Office, the
Public Works and Public Housing Agency of Karanganyar Regency based on
Regional Regulation Number 19 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2013 concerning the Spatial Planning of Karanganyar Regency 2013-2032. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted,
the implementation of the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural
land for the construction of residential buildings in Badran Mulyo Hamlet, Lalung
Village, Karanganyar District, Karanganyar Regency is in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 19 of 2019.
