The title of this research is Implementation of Motor Vehicle Emission Tests as
an Effort to Prevent Air Pollution in Manado City. The increase in the number of
motorized vehicles is one of the reasons why the air is polluted. The air quality
conditions in Manado City itself are still good, so the air quality must be
maintained. One form of contribution to maintaining air quality is by conducting
motor vehicle emissions tests. This research aims to find out how the vehicle
emissions union is implemented in the city of Manado and what the obstacles are.
The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the emission union
in Manado City has gone well, although not yet optimal.
