Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antar indikator performance expentancy, effort
expentancy, hedonic motivation, social influence, facilitating conditions, habit, behavioral
intentions dan use behavior terhadap minat dan penerimaan penggunaan blu. Sampel yang
diperoleh berjumlah 177 responden dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner secara online
dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS melalui bantuan SmartPLS 3. Model
penelitian yang digunakan adalah Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Theory 2 (UTAUT2).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expentancy berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap behavioral intentions, facilitating conditions berpengaruh signifikan positif dan
signifikan terhadap use behavior, price value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
behavioral intentions, habit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intentions,
habit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap use behavior, behavioral intentions berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap use behavior.
