Law enforcement particularly in relation to the process of proof in criminal
acts in Indonesia Cybercrime maximum is not enough because there are juridical
obstacles faced by the Indonesian legal device-related evidence. The purpose of
this research is to determine whether the positive law is capable of Indonesia to
capture the perpetrators of the World Crime Maya (Cybercrime), because the
actual Mayan World Crime meets the elements of objective and subjective in
Indonesia Positive Law. And know what juridical constraints faced by the courts
in tackling Cybercrime, as well as constraints to the courts in the investigation
process relating to the collection of evidence Mayan World Crime (Cybercrime).
The method used in this study is the Normative Research Methods. For the
handling of cyberspace crime is suggested that established the concept of The
Book of the Law of the new Criminal Law, certified the Computer Security Tool,
Establishment Division or the Special Unit Police Nor Good On a related
institution, and Maximizing Function AWARI (Indonesian Warnet Association).
