Abstract
The background of writing this thesis is about a complete systematic land registration
program or what is commonly called PTSL, which is a program from government. In the land
registration program through the PTSL program, which was carried out in Ketapang Regency,
especially in Singkup District, Tanah Hitam Village. In writing this thesis, it focuses on how to carry
out land registration through a complete systematic land registration program or PTSL in Ketapang
Regency from start to finish in 2018. This research where data has been taken from resource persons
concerned with this PTSL program.
