The title of this research is The Role of Yayasan Puteri Hati Kudus (YPHK) in Running
Education at Assisi Elementary School Pematangsiantar. With the formulation of the problem
as follow: What is the Role of Yayasan Puteri Hati Kudus (YPHK) in running the education at
Assisi Elementary School at Pematangsiantar and what is its effort in order to elevate the
quality of the teachers at Assisi Elementary School Pematangsiantar. Type of research is
normative legal research is a study that focus on positive law as constitution in regard to the
Role of YPHK in running education, used secondary data. The Result on the Research
regarding the Role of Yayasan Puteri Hati Kudus in running the education is based on the
charism of M. Maria Clara Pfänder. Work in the field of Education based on the Vision,
Mission, and Goal of YPHK. In running education in Assisi Elementary School in
Pematangsiantar, YPHK’s role is to facilitate the needs of the school in order to alleviate the
quality of education, presenting program for formation and work shops in regard to
curriculum, equippment for education, computer workshop, leadership workshop, management
, curriculum analysis, even more YPHK accommodate education for religion of teachers and
staffs like retreat, as well as giving any informations or in puts regarding education for the
good of the school. YPHK try to do any effort in order that the teachers more and more
become have good quality by giving the teachers opportunity to participate in programs held
by local Education Department or by any other institution which support quality of education
