Advocate is one of law enforcement in charge of providing legal advice or legal services to
people who are facing legal problems. Advocate has a duty, obligation, and responsibility are
noble, kind to yourself, clients, courts, God, and for the sake of justice and truth. Professional
advocate has key role in law enforcement efforts. Any proceedings, whether criminal, civil,
administrative, always involve the advocate profession equal in status to other law
enforcement agencies. Professional organizations were instrumental in improving the quality
of professional advocates with organized activities, including education, training and
counseling. Constraints faced is the problem of the dignity of a lawyer is an advocate of
mental itself as an advocate is a noble profession whose job providing legal assistance to the
community. To improve the quality of professional advocates and development efforts are
needed in order to provide sufficient knowledge for the lawyers. While the professional
