Development of the construction industry can not be separated from the participation in
the construction of construction companies in Indonesia which is determined by the resources
involved in dalamnya.Dalam previous study also said that the internal factors influencing labor
productivity level of total employment which can result in delays in completion of the work, the
degradation the job, job cost overruns, and increased accidents. From the above it is interesting to
perform further analysis is the ranking of the success indicators of project is influenced by internal
factors site manager that implements simple development project's building pemerintah.Penelitian
is done by collecting 21 respondents site manager on a simple building construction projects of the
Government Payakumbuh conducted in 2009 and 2010. Analysis and discussion of obtained in this
study were of the order of ranking indicators of project success is known that the cost of execution
of the work is an indicator of the most dominant factor that influenced the internal site manager.
Site manager is expected to develop the potential of internal factors to increase its total
productivity that would better contribute to the success of the project in terms of quality of work,
time of execution of the work, and more safety guarantees.
