This study investigates the interplay among entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial
mindset, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, creativity, and entrepreneurial intention.
Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 163 business
students from higher education institutions in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The findings
demonstrate that entrepreneurship education significantly and positively influences both
entrepreneurial mindset and self-efficacy, which subsequently enhances entrepreneurial
intention. Crucially, the analysis reveals that creativity plays a significant mediating role
in the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial intention. This
research offers two main novelties: first, the comprehensive integration of these multiple
variables into a single model; and second, the specific exploration of creativity’s
mediating role, particularly in the Indonesian student context. Theoretically, this study
contributes to the academic literature by expanding existing models of entrepreneurial
intention through the integration of creativity as a mediating variable, highlighting its
unique role in linking mindset to intention. Practically, the results have direct implications
for educators and policymakers in developing more effective strategies to nurture
entrepreneurial talent and promote entrepreneurial growth and innovation
