Formulation of the problem: How Textile Waste Management by PT. Samitex as the
Effort to Control the Water Polution in Sewon, Bantul regency. There are so many
problem faced by PT. Samitex in their Textile Waste Management. Based on the
information found by the author, the author used research methods with empirical
legal research (the reseacrh based on the social facts) to find out how is the textile
Waste Management by PT. Samitex. with this method, the author gain the information
with using a interview, and respondent who knows about textile waste management
by PT. Samitex. Also, the author using the primary law whic based on the legal
constitution along with another applicable regulation, and using the secondary law
which based on law facts, social facts, dan research results. The author analyze the
data using the quantitative analysis (connects multiple variable data) between the
data which gained by the author, so the author could create the conclusion to answer
the formulation of the problem on this legal writing. In this case, PT. Samitex had try
to control the water polution from their the textile waste management, but not
optimal. PT. Samitex using several methods to control their textile waste management
such as, carrying, gathering, and hoarding (but the hoarding area was not large
enough) which caused PT. Samitex to throw again their waste in irigation channel.
