This thesis is entitled "Implementation of Electronically Integrated Electronic
Mortgage in Sikka Regency." The integration of electronic systems in mortgage
registration is a crucial step for the government to modernize and enhance the
efficiency and transparency of land services. This digital transformation aims
to streamline the process of encumbering land rights and and improve legal
certainty within the land administration system.This study was conducted to
determine how the implementation of electronically integrated electronic
mortgage is carried out in Sikka Regency and to assess its conformity with the
prevailing regulations concerning the issuance of electronic documents in land
registration activities.The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of
Electronically Integrated Electronic Mortgage in Sikka Regency has been
successfully carried out, encompassing its various stages from credit
application by the debtor, document verification, creation of the mortgage
deed, to electronic system registration and the issuance of Electronic Mortgage
Certificates. This implementation largely conforms to regulatory provisions,
operates effectively, and significantly contributes to increased efficiency, data
accuracy, and transparency in land services within Sikka Regency.
