The research conducted to study the juridical view toward the criminal act of kipnapping an adult woman by ignorance of parents/guardians but by will of the woman herself by committing sexual intercourse without marriage done repeatedlym a case study at Yogyakarta state court is a normative research. It was carried out by collecting secondary data on the court's sentence in the case of the criminal act of kipnapping an adult woman by ignorance of parents/guardians but by will of the woman herself by committing sexual intercourse without marriage done repeatedly given by Yogyakarta State Court. Besides, the secondary data were also taken from various books and newspaper articles and reports dealing with the materials studied. The data collected was analysed by using qualitative method. The research result showed that kipnapping an adult woman by ignorance of parents/guardians but by will of the woman herself by committing sexual intercourse without marriage done repeatedly as a criminal act could be processed in the law court and could be sentenced because the accused was proved to act against Article 332 paragraph (1) point le of The Penal Code. This finding indicated that the sentence given to the accused was not only aimed to punish him but also to make him learn how to protect children, especially girls of underage so they can grow up well normally in order to be good persons in the future and useful for the society and the state.
