This study explores water pollution in the Lumintang River, North Denpasar, caused by waste
from street vendors. It aims to assess pollution control efforts and the challenges faced.
Using empirical legal methods, data were gathered from local authorities and residents.
Findings show that while prevention, mitigation, and restoration measures—such as
education programs and waste management initiatives—have been implemented, issues like
low public awareness and inadequate infrastructure persist. The study highlights the need
for stronger collaboration and legal enforcement to effectively control pollution.
