Administrative environmental law enforcement against broiler chicken farming
businesses in Sleman Regency is an effort to ensure that these business activities
comply with the provisions stipulated in environmental laws and regulations.
This study aims to analyze the form and implementation of administrative
environmental law enforcement against broiler chicken farming businesses in
Sleman Regency and the obstacles faced. The research method used is an
empirical research method, namely a research approach that uses direct
observation and concrete evidence (data) obtained through direct observation in
the field. Data were obtained through interviews with related agencies such as
the Environmental Service, the Agriculture, Food and Fisheries Service, and
broiler chicken farming business actors. The results of the study indicate that law
enforcement is carried out through the provision of licensing compliance appeals
and supervision by related agencies. However, its implementation still faces
obstacles such as low understanding of business actors regarding environmental
obligations and limited number of supervisory officers. Therefore, it is necessary
to strengthen coordination between agencies, increase supervision, and provide
continuous education to business actors in order to create environmentally
friendly broiler chicken farming businesses
