This research aims to analyze the juridical consequences of the enactment of Law No. 4 of 2023 on the
explicit legal Protection of insurance customers in Indonesia. This type of research is normative
research. The research uses secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. The
data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis, and the conclusion drawing technique uses
deductive. The Technology Readiness Level (TKT) of this study is TKT No. 2 . Definition/Status is a
concept formulation or formulation application with theoretical and empirical design indicators that
have been identified. The findings in this study are expected to be able to find the juridical consequences
of the enactment of Law No. 4 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial
Sector on the on the explicit legal Protection of insurance customers in Indonesia as a concept
formulation with theoretical design indicators that can be identified.
