The existence of Law No. 3 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial
Services Sector has made changes to several existing regulations in the financial sector. These
changes also occurred in the Bank Indonesia Law and the Financial Services Authority Law, which
regulate the Duties and Authorities of the Financial Services Authority. This study aims to determine
the juridical consequences of the enactment of Law No. 3 of 2023 on the duties and authorities of the
Financial Services Authority. This research is normative. Secondary data is used in this study. Data
analysis uses qualitative analysis and regulative and conceptual approach methods.
