The state has obligations, namely one of which is to provide public
services to ensure the fulfilment of the basic rights of the community, and
this is regulated by the law. Good governance of good service governance
in Indonesia is regulated through Law Number Year 2009 on Public
Services (Public Service Law). This research uses empirical legal research
method with qualitative approach. Ombudsman RI D.I. Yogyakarta as an
institution to supervise public service delivery in accordance with the case.
