This research is motivated by the existence of corruption crimes that originated
from bad credit. This study aims to determine, and analyze the implementation of
third party objections related to executed booty in case Number 1 / Objection-
Pid.Sus.TPK / 2023 / PN Yyk jo Number 13 / Pen.Sus-TPK / 2021 / PN Yyk. Using
a normative juridical approach method, which focuses on positive legal norms in
the form of laws and regulations, and the data used in this legal writing is secondary
data. This research originated from the existence of a corruption crime verdict that
seized the Certificate of Land and Building Ownership. There is a third party who
feels that his rights have been deprived, because he feels that the Certificate of
Ownership does not belong to the defendant and is also not the result of a criminal
act of corruption. The third party who objected to the verdict filed an objection to
the object of confiscation of the execution of the corruption verdict. The results
showed that the Panel of Judges rejected the third party's objection in its entirety,
on the grounds that the third party could not prove the arguments of its petition.
The third party must fulfill 4 (four) conditions that must be proven by the Applicant
in order for the objection to be granted.
