Abstract

This research focuses on user satisfaction with the student guidance system at Atma Jaya Yogyakarta
University using the End User Computing Satisfaction model which has 5 variables, namely content, accuracy,
format, ease of use, and timeliness variables. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of Student
Guidance System users with the student guidance system at Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta. The method
used in this research is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) developed by Doll and Torkzadeh in 1991 using
data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires to 112 active students who use the student
guidance system. The results of the respondents received were then analyzed using the classical assumption
test and hypothesis testing. The results of the previously conducted analysis state that there are 3 variables
that positively affect user satisfaction, namely the content, accuracy, and timeliness variables while the other
2 variables, namely format, and ease of use, do not have a positive effect on user satisfaction.
