Abstract

The title of this legal research is Enforcement of criminal law against perpetrators of cyberbullying carried out by students. The aim of research related to this title is to find out how law enforcement is against cyberbullying behavior carried out by students. The research method used is normative legal research, namely research that uses library materials or secondary data to discover legal
rules, legal principles and legal doctrines. The aim is to answer the legal issues faced and resolve existing problems or cases. The research results show that law enforcement against students who commit cyberbullying crimes is seen from the student's age to determine the legal category and continues to use the electronic transaction information law.
