Abstract

The title of this legal writing is a review of the coordination between DPPDM and Ankum
Atasan in overseeing the exercise of Ankum authority. Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun
2014 concerning The Law of Military Discipline regulates the duties and authority of the
DPPDM. DPPDM is tasked with providing consideration, recommendations and oversight
of the implementation of military discipline law enforcement. There are equality of duties
and authority possessed by the Ankum and DPPDM, the equality lies in the oversight
function. Therefore the formulation of the problem in this study is “How is the form of
coordination between DPPDM and Ankum Atasan in overseeing the exercise of authority
by Ankum?”. This legal writing used normative methods and is focused on the rule of law
and regulation.
