Abstract

This thesis research is entitled "Managing Sustainable Plantation Enterprises Against the
Existence of Local Wisdom in the Ngaju Dayak Tribal Customary Community in Seruyan
Regency, Central Kalimantan". The objective agreed in this study was to discuss
plantation management approved by the indigenous Dayak Ngaju tribe in Seruyan
Regency, Central Kalimantan. The type of legal research used is normative legal
research, namely research conducted on positive law consisting of legislation and
customary law applicable in the indigenous law community of the Dayak Ngaju tribe in
Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan, related to trade agreements that help local
community wisdom Central Kalimantan Dayak tribe and the norms or values of the
wisdom of the indigenous Dayak Ngaju people in Seruyan Regency. The existence of this
Sustainable Plantation Business Management provides recognition and reinforcement of
the local wisdom of the Dayak Ngaju indigenous peoples in the Province of Central
Kalimantan and the legality of the indigenous and tribal peoples.
