Abstract

This research title is legal protection against night bus passengers in PO. Prayogo
about passengers good. Bus as transportation is growing but in making regulations
in the ticket sometimes burden the consumer because there are clauses that are
impressed by the responsibility when the passengersgoods are damaged or lost.
How to apply Artcle 18 section 1 a Law No. 8 Years 1999 About Consumer
Protection contained in the bus PO. Prayogo ticket standards clause? How is the
responsibility of the business actors to losses due to loss of PO. Prayogo
passenger goods. The results of the research and the conclusion is PO. Prayogo
creates a raw clause by sampling other PO and the clause does not conform to the
existing rules in Artcle 18 section 1 a Law No. 8 Years 1999 About Consumer
Protection. PO Prayogo remains responsible for the loss of passengers
