This research is discussing how the effectiveness of the police force in law
enforcement against violent criminals in the animal specially in Surakarta City. This
research used the empirical law supported by primary data and secondary data.
Secondary data is a data that is legal, doctrine, basic legal and legal opinion in
literature, journals, papers, and scientific magazines are analyzed to find equations
