This paper is entitled about the implementation of the execution of fiduciary
guarantees after the issuance of The Constitutional Court decision number
18/PUU-XVII/2019 at PT. X Finance Yogyakarta. The decision of the
Constitutional Court number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 is a decision issued by the
Supreme Court in 2019 about the implementation of the execution of the fidusia
guarantee. After the issuance of the Constitutional Court decision number
18/PUU-XVII/2019, it has a legal consequences for creditors adn debitors in the
execution of the fiduciary guarantee. Decisions of the constitutional court also
have a binding character for all Indonesian people, so the implementation of the
fiduciary guarantee execution must follow the latest regulations. Therefore, this
paper aims to determine the implementation of the execution of fiduciary
