Abstract

The problem in this research is the problem of sea air pollution in Batam which is caused by aspects, the biggest cause is oil which contaminates batam ships, mostly caused by ship collisions and uncontrolled oil. at sea, which was rejected by local and central governments because it could cause bad marine ecosystems due to a decrease in sea quality. So far the role of the government itself has been
very good and quite optimal there are only a few factors that must be installed such as water booms so that environmental recovery can run more optimally. This research is expected to improve marine ecosystems and sea water quality so as to create healthy water for life.
