Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) to create a procurement of goods and services that are clean from corruption. Technological developments are quite rapid at this time used by Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan barang dan jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) to
create a system of procurement of goods and services can be done electronically. Purchases of goods or services can be done through E-Purchasing by buying through the E-Catalogue. At present E-Catalogue are felt to be more effective
because they contain lists, types, brands, technical specifications, prices, and quantities of goods and services from the provider so that purchases through the ECatalogue cannot be played by providers or users and the use of this E-Catalog can reduce the number of criminal acts of corruption in the field of procurement of goods or services.
