Abstract

Social security are a right for every worker and an obligation for every company in accordance with article 3 paragraph (2) and article 4 paragraph (1) of Law No. 3 year
1992 on Labor’s Social Security. The fulfiillment of labor’s social security right is held by BPJS in particular BPJS employment. In article 15 paragraph 1 of Law No.24 year
2011 on concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency states that the Employer in stages must register themselves and their Workers as Participants to BPJS in accordance with the Social Security program that is followed. CV. Andi Offset is a company that has a lot of workers and The company should have registered employees in the BPJS for employment, even though in its fulfillment there may be some
obstacles. The problem of this research is The fulfilment labor’s social security through BPJS employment at CV.Andi Offset. The purpose of this research is to examine the
fulfillment of social guarantees of manpower in CV.Andi Offset. This research used an empirical legal research. Data was collected with field studies and library studies. The
research analysis was a qualitative and used an inductive thinking methods. The results of this research show that the fulfillment of social security of manpower through BPJS
employment itself has been carried out but not fully carried out because there is a discrepancy between the fact that exists in the field with the legislation either because
the internal factor of the company and external factor.
