The writing is titled “registration obligation for the technology financial

whether the registration requirements of the technology financial company on POJK
no. 77/POJK.01/2016 has provided legal protection for the community The Research
methods is normative legal research is research that focuses on the positive legal
norms in the form of legislation. The result of this study indicate that, technology
financial company regulation requirements according to POJK no. 77/POJK.01/2016
has provided legal protection for the community, but in practice according to PT.
CICIL MITRA SOLUSI technology financial company regulation requirements not
yet providing perfect protection to the public. So, that in this case OJK need to
cooperate with the community to improving regulation. Registration requirements of
the technology financial comply with the applicable provisions and has provided
legal protection for the people. But in practice registration requirements of the
technology financial on POJK no. 77/POJK.01/2016 not yet provide perfect
protection to the community, In this case OJK needs to cooperate with the community
to improving regulation to provide protection to the technology financial company
and to the wider community
