Abstract

Completed Systematic Land Registration Activities, in South Barito District have been conducted
several times before, in 2018 PTSL activities have been carried out in South Barito Regency at Penda
Asam with 300 plots of land. Completed Systematic Land Registration Activities is also one of the
agendas set by the south barito land regency, in order to help the people of southern barito to register
their lands right, in order to obtain legal certainty. The focus on this research is Completed Systematic
Land Registration Activities program crried out in 2019 at penda asam, south barito district, central
kalimantan province. In this research. The writter can be concluded that the implementation of
Completed Systematic Land Registration Activities by land affairs office of sout barito Regency has
been implemented with good stages in accordance with Regulation of Minister of Agrarian Affairs adn
Spatial / Head of National Land Agency Number 6 Year 2018 in Artucle 4 paragraph (4).In he study
the authors provide suggestions that the Land Office in counseling more often done not only once for
comunity more through and understand in the duvision of land and can be done with good activities:
Completed Systematic Land Registration Activities.
