The title of this tesis is The strength of evidences on the criminal case that on the process of
geting the evedance have a legal defect. In the research background, writer found that there is a
problem on the process of evidence collecting. The impact is a lot cases become more
complicated on the trail process. The main problem on this thesis is How qualified the
