This thesis aims to provide an analysis of the legal protection of the creators of Photographic and Cinematographic works taken using Drones. The research used is normative legal research by considering legal opinions from drone users as resource persons. The results showed that the work of Photography and Cinematography objects could be in the form of public objects and private objects. Photographic and Cinematographic work can involve the subject of the editor. After being analyzed, it was concluded that the creators of photographic and cinematographic works were copyrighted if procedurally obtained permission from the party who was the object of the work and the creator could only be a drone operator but also an editor of photography or cinematography works.
