Abstract

This thesis is entitled The Execution of Criminal Sanctions against members
of the army whose doing desertions who were severed in the trial in absentia. The
purpose of this thesis is to know The Execution of Criminal Sanctions against
members of the army whose doing desertions who were severed in the trial in
absentia. This thesis used primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists
positive legal norms. Secondary data consists literature, legal facts from interviews
and documents. The legal norms as a primary data analytics consist description,
systematization the positive legal norms. For the secondary data analytical, writer
used arguments for study the primary data. This thesis use deductive method to
make a conclution. The conclution this thesis that The Execution of Criminal
Sanctions against members of the army whose doing desertions who were severed
in the trial in absentia is not execused.
