Abstract

This Thesis is entitled “The settle difference between the opinions of Papera and the military
Prosecutor regarding the surrender of the misdemeanors carried out by the military”. The
purpose of this thesis to reach how to settle the difference between the papera and the military
Prosecutor regarding the surrender of the misdemeanors carried out by the military. The kind
of research done is a normative law study that focused the laws of the accepted invitation and
this research is an effort to solve certain things or problem by learning the invitation and other
regulations related to The settle difference between the opinions of Papera and the military
Prosecutor regarding the surrender of the misdemeanors carried out by the military. Data
collection methods are done by studying journals, books and interview with sources. The legal material used is the primary and secondary legal material. The conclusion of this thesis that settlement of dissent between Papera and Odmil not yet fully implemented because the military
sees better resolved through disclipinary law, it is considered more efficient. The legal material
used is the primary and secondary legal material.
