Abstract

This research studies the role of Commision for the Supervision on protecting entrepreneur to fair business competition in bottled water sector. Business competition in bottled water sector is cause by closed agreement between producer and distributor. Formulation of the problem is how the role of Commision for the Supervision on protecting entrepreneur to fair business competition ill bottled water sector? II is important to know the role of Commission for the Supervision on protecting fair business competition. This research use empiric legal research. This research focuses 011 social facts. The samples of this research are stores that sell Aqua bottled water and Le Minerale bottled water. The samples are based on Law Number 5, 1999 concerning about Monopoly Practical and Urfair Business Competition. The samples have conducted Anti-Monopoly Law. From this study, the researcher hopes that the samples keep conducting the Anti-Monopoly Law and there are acts before Pohibition of Monopolistic is due.
