The title of writing this law is a juridical review of postponing execution of the death penalty for narcotics convict Mary Jane Veloso. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the postponing execution of the death penalty of narcotics convicts Mary Jane Fiesta Veloso is legally permissible?. This is legal writing used normative method, and is focused on the rule of law and the regulation. The conclusion of this legal writing is that the delay in execution is actually not having a strong legal basis. The legal basis is only based on the authority of the President.
