Abstract

Crime is becoming a new phenomenon. One of them is sexual Violence against children. It is often considered unusual and continues even increased because there is still some idea that children are frail. There are many cases of sexual violence against children but in the other hand the most is how to justice the criminal agent must be concerned. More over, the rules to save over the victim also being the most attention. The research was aimed at finding out the role of Rumah Aman in overcoming sexual violence against children such as the services, the legal protection which gave to the victim, and what the problem they had been faced. This study is a normative legal research, and interview with the expert. The conclusion of the research is the researcher find that Rumah Aman has been followed the rules appropriate in law.
