Abstract

This Legal writing entitled as The Implementation of Verdict of Constitutional Court Number: 20/PUU-XVII/2019 Towards The Direct Election in Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research uses a normative approach that analyses living law which suits all of the three dogmatic tasks. The conclusion of this research is KPU of Sleman was already enough in carrying out the task based on the verdict of MK. There are boundaries in the workspace, but it’s not necessary because it can be handled well.
