Abstract

The land compensation process is a very important process in compensation for the construction
of the Manado Bitung toll road where it is seen whether all parties feel fair with compensation
provided by the government to the community or not, what happens on the ground the community
feels unfair in terms of the history of the land has been inhabited for generations, family land.
because the one who provides compensation is an aprasial where the appraisal provides a value
of compensation twice the price of the market where those who are more aware of the land are
BPN or the National Land Agency, but after the decision from the arimadidi district court the
application of the principle of justice is fair.
