Abstract

The legal writing is the implementation of the Compensation Payment To The Holders of
Rights To Land In Providing Land For The Construction Of Kembayan, balai karangan,
Entikong, Serawak boundary road in Sanggau regency. The formulation of the issue is how
is the implementation of the Payment Compensation for land acquisition for road
construction in Sanggau regency was in accordance with the stage contained in Law
Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest? This
legal writing is an empirical research. Based on the results of this study concluded that the
implementation of land acquisition for road construction in sanggau Regency was in
accordance with the stage contained in Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition
for Development in the Public Interest. The implementation of compensation has not been
fully implemented because there are holders of land rights who have not received
compensation.
