Abstract

According to the BNN narcotics coming into Indonesia amount to tons so indicated Indonesia emergency narcotics. The narcotics smuggling activities involving the airport as one of the entrance of the trade in narcotic drugs. Transport using aircraft more profitable compared with using other transportation modes. The methods in this thesis used normative research. Legal research is attempting to locate and analyze about the duties and obligations in erecting a security party airports in narcotics smuggling prevention. Airport parties in doing prevention is Undang-undang No. 35 tahun 2009, by giving lessons and using technology in the prevention of trafficking of narcotics offences.
