Abstract

This study aims to understand of customer data protection based on The Law No
9 of 2017 about information access for tax purposes.The type of study is normative
research that focuses on the Legislation.The result of study is the secret of bank
principles based on the theory of relative bank secret. After information access for tax
purposes, banks doesn’t have to keep information about customer and their saving as
long as they are related to informarmation access for tax purposes. Regulation of bank to
be arranged a specific and firmly about policy of customer data.
