Abstract

This research is conducted on a land disputes which happen at Sukoharjo. This land
dispute is about two land-owner certificate which overlap each other and it is bound on a
credit collateral. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze how the law protects the Bank if
such a thing happens.
This research is a normative study which focused on the related law constitution. The
urgency of this thesis is because of the lack of law assurance and also the constitution
protection for the Bank.
