Abstract

This research discusses about how The Clean Sweep illegal levies Task Force handle an
Illegal parking Retribution in Yogyakarta City. This research uses empirical law which
supported by primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the direct data which
obtained from respondents about the object that being studied by in interviewing the
respondents. Secondary data is the form of data which obtained indirectly consist of
regulation of legislation, expert opinion, book and from research results. Respondent are The
Clean Sweep Illegal Task Force on Special District Of Yogyakarta that was Established by
Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2016. Based on the results of research Law
enforcement by Illegal Levies Task Force has 4 function Intelligence, Prevention.
Enforcement and Justification. However, in the practice The sweep Illegal Levies Task force
can’t work effectively as expected, there are shortcoming of some aspects of the rules in
Regional Regulation City of Yogyakarta and law enforcement itself, facilities, even the culture
that lives in society.
