Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to know the compensation effect on
employee performance in PT Fenyen Agro Lestari. Employee performance measured
using IWPQ with 3 dimension such as task performance, contextual performance and
counterproductive work behavior and compensation measured using 4 dimension such
as pay level, benefits, raises and structure. This research is use questionnaire to collect
the data on field, which is distributed to 86 respondents. The analysis method in this
research is simple regression analysis, independent T-test analysis. The results of this
research show that compensation has effect on employee performance. There is no
different result of permanent employee and contract employee.
