writing prepared by the formulation of the problems that is the implementation of giving
compensation in land aqcuisition for Islamic University State of SunanKalijaga Campus II
development at Guwosari Village, Pajangan Sub-district, Bantul District have a
determination of compensation for land acquisition for development Islamic University State
of SunanKalijaga at Bantul District as the effort to consumate legal protection. The aim of
this legal writing is to know the obstacles in providing compensation for land owned by
residents. The kind of this legal writing is empirical legal research that is conducted research
directly to respondent pursuant to existing facts and research location. From this result, can
be concluded that the determination from giving compensation about land aqcuisition for
Islamic University State of SunanKalijaga Campus II development at Bantul district was held
with direct meetings method by the representative from Bantul District Land Office by
visiting each holder of land rights. But, the determination of giving compensation about land
aqcuisition for Islamic University State of SunanKalijaga Campus II development has been in
compliance with Law Number 2 of 2012 about land acquisition for development in the
public interest.
