Abstract

Financial management of State as stipulated in the Constitution of the Republic of
Indonesia Year 1945 Chapter VIII in terms of finance, need to be carried out in a
professional, open, and were responsible for most of the prosperity of the people. For the
sake of manifesting prosperity and well-being for the community, one of the aspects that
can be used to make it happen through infrastructure development. Infrastructure
development is indispensable as a function of the smooth running of the community's
economic activities, such as road transportation that can sustain the needs of raw
materials in the form of clothing, food, and boards for the community. The purpose of this
research is to know the management of Fund Budget revenue and Shopping Areas in the
development of infrastructure in the Regency of Merauke. Types of legal research used is
a kind of normative legal research that focuses on the positive legal norms of the
applicable legislation, books, articles, and other library resources. Research on
normative legal is legal research libraries which can be done by researching library
materials in the form of secondary data. Management of BUDGETS in the construction of
infrastructure in Merauke in fact cannot be allocated entirely to the infrastructure
because all this percentage allocation used for many public sector and also to employees.
