The title of this legal writing is the demand of the public prosecutor for
children in conflict with the law of persons with disabilities for children as victims
of sexual violence. The purpose of this legal writing is to find out how the
demands of child prosecutors for children in conflict with the law of persons with
disabilities for children as victims of sexual violence. This legal writing used
normative methods, and the focus of this research is based on laws and
regulations concerning the demands of child prosecutors for children in conflict
with the law of persons with disabilities for children as victims of sexual violence.
The conclusion of this legal writing is that the Prosecutor in prosecuting children
with disabilities does not pay attention to their mental state, and does not make
diversion efforts against children.
