Abstract

The thesis entitled public prosecutor’s lawsuit against Indonesian labour agency for a child as a victim of
insider trading of a person with false documents. The purpose of this thesis is to known the public
prosecutor’s lawsuit against an Indonesian labour agency for a child as a victim of insider trading of a
person with false document. The kind of legal research used is akind of normative law study. This thesis
used primary data and secondary data. The primary data consist positive legal norms and the secondary
data consist literature, documents, and legal facts from interviewees. The writer used library study and
interviews to collecting data methods. The positive legal norms as a primary data consist description the
positive legal norms, systematization the positive legal norms, analtytics the positive legal norms,
interpretation the positive legal norms, and evalute the positive legal norms. The secondary data analytical,
writer used compairing beetween arguments to find equations and disagreements for study the primary
data. This thesis, writer use deductive method to make a conclution. The conclution of this thesis that public
prosecutor’s lawsuit against Indonesian labour agency for a child as a victim of insider trading of a person
with false documents is apply the chapter to the subject who fulfills the element of every chapter given to
the element of recruiting and shiping, and the element of false identity.
